CANCELLATION POLICY - WORKSHOPS AND EVENTS
At LINAR we appreciate that plans and circumstances can change and we have included the details you need to be aware of with regards your booking.
Information about our rescheduling, refund and cancellation policy for LINAR events and workshops:
Name changes by delegate:
LINAR will accept name changes for attendees. Please inform the events team 14 days prior to the event via email email@example.com.
Rescheduling by delegate:
To request rescheduling to a different workshop date or time, you need to give notice via email to firstname.lastname@example.org 30 days prior to your confirmed workshop. Where possible, these changes will be accommodated.
Cancelling by delegate:
To cancel a place on LINAR events and courses, notice of cancellation must be given by email to email@example.com.
If you cancel 30 days or more prior to the start of the workshop, you will receive an 80% refund.
If you cancel between 30 and 7 days prior to the start of the course you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel less than 7 days before the event you will not be entitled to a refund.
NO refund will be made for non-attendance on the course.
Cancellations by LINAR:
LINAR aims to always meet its commitments to its clients. In the case of a workshop cancellation by LINAR, delegates will be offered an alternative date and time or a full refund.
LINAR does not accept any responsibility and will not compensate for any associated costs such as travel or accommodation.
LINAR will not compensate for time spent travelling or away from the place of work.
